TMHS has recently had an unprecedented period of growth with the opening of a new 26-floor, 1.6-million-square-foot outpatient center at TMH, a new hospital in the Katy suburb of Houston, and The Methodist Hospital Research Institute building (444,000 square feet) adjacent to TMH.
