Shands HealthCare, based in Gainesville, Florida, has retained Witt/Kieffer to assist in the recruitment efforts for a Vice President, Revenue Cycle. Shands Healthcare is a private, not-for-profit organization affiliated with the University of Florida, with net revenue of nearly $1 billion. The VP, Revenue Cycle is directly responsible for management and operation of the revenue cycle for both Shands HealthCare and the University of Florida Physicians, a multi-specialty group practice consisting of approximately 1,500 UF faculty physicians.
