Established in 2005, Virtual Business Office Associates is a business process outsourcing organization. Virtual BOA supports the ongoing outsourcing needs of a large financial services firm in the Columbia, SC area across multiple verticals of service. Within our Health Industries Advisory Practice (HIA) at the Virtual BOA, we work on behalf of hospital clients all over the country in their billing and A/R departments, researching and resolving outstanding and denied medical claims.
