Company Overview

Partnership HealthPlan is a public-private not-for-profit health plan governed by a commission composed of representatives of county government, primary care and specialist physicians, hospitals, consumers, and health centers. It began in Solano County in 1994, and in the following decades expanded to 11 more counties north of San Francisco to the Oregon border, serving 340,000 members. It is now the second largest County Organized Health System in California (by population), and the largest by geography.
