About us: Oroville Hospital is a thriving, 133-bed hospital with plans to expand to 210 beds with the addition of a new tower within two years. The hospital also operates 29 clinics and a large regional laboratory that services all of Butte County and covers the areas from Sacramento to Redding. The Hospital employs 1,600 healthcare workers and has a medical staff of approximately 80 physicians and 56 allied health professionals representing more than 24 specialties. The medical center has been serving Oroville and the surrounding region since 1965 and is proud to offer state of the art medical equipment including robotics. The hospital serves a population of 80,000 residents which includes surrounding communities.

Oroville is situated along the Feather River and beside Lake Oroville. The town of Oroville, CA, is the seat of Butte County. With the Cascade Mountains to the north, the Central Valley to the west and the Sierra Nevadas to the southeast, Oroville is a central point for many types of terrain and offers a variety of interesting views. Oroville is positioned off of highway 70 with easy access to Sacramento, San Francisco, Reno and Tahoe.
