North Sound Emergency Medicine (NSEM) has serviced Snohomish County for over 45 years and is proud of its strong democratic traditions. All members, new and old alike, enjoy equal consideration with regard to participation, representation, scheduling and reimbursement. NSEM is a cohesive and unified Group that is committed to the professional, personal and financial well being of all its members; both clinical and administrative.

Currently, NSEM has one contracted practice location in Everett Washington, located approximately 45 minutes north of Seattle. We staff the 79 bed Emergency Department (ED) at Providence Regional Medical Center, Everett; the largest and busiest ED within the State of Washington.

NSEM is currently comprised of 44 physicians, 7 PA-Cs and 3 administrative staff.
