Company History
About Us
Since 1980, Hospice of the Piedmont has been leading families in Virginia through the experience of serious illness and death. We’re a community-based nonprofit—that means we offer the broadest range of services to the widest number of people possible, no matter what it takes.
Our calling extends far beyond caring for patients. Death affects spouses and children, friends and neighbors, and the community at large. So, we offer grief and bereavement services to everyone, whether they’ve used our hospice services or not. It’s challenging work that takes a strong, passionate, diverse team.
We’re pioneering a new way of thinking about what it means to live and die, and we’d love to talk with you about it.
