The mission of Ernest Health, Inc. (EHI) is the development and operation of rehabilitation and related post-acute healthcare facilities dedicated to the recovery of individuals who have functional deficits as a result of injury or illness.

Our network is comprised of 16 community-based acute rehabilitation and long-term acute care facilities in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming - many of which are located in rural areas that are easily accessible to our patients and their families.

At these facilities, we provide high-quality, cost-effective medical and rehabilitation services to help individuals recover from injury, illness, or chronic conditions. Our healing and nurturing environment allows us to take care of each patient's medical, physical, psychological, and social needs.
Each of our state-of-the-art facilities employs anywhere between 150 and 180 people and operates about 40 beds. Because we are smaller than most traditional hospitals, we maintain both an employee-focused and family-focused environment. Our nurse to patient and therapy to patient ratios allow our clinicians the opportunity to focus on maximizing clinical outcomes.
