You won’t find many places in California or for that matter the world, like Marin County. Located on the north side of the Golden Gate Bridge, we are home to the magnificently rugged Northern California coastline and the towering redwoods of Muir Woods. Located in Greenbrae, CA, Marin General Hospital is the largest acute care, independent hospital in Marin County. We provide primary and secondary levels of care in addition to the Marin Cancer Institute and the Marin Heart Institute. Services include a Level III Trauma Center and a full complement of acute care and ancillary services such as neonatal intensive care, pediatrics, a family birth center, adult psychiatric units, and cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology laboratories.
