Company Overview

Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU (CHoR) is a full-service children’s hospital within the VCU Medical Center and is our community’s only full-service children’s hospital. CHoR offers a robust continuum of pediatric services, research and education. CHoR’s continuum of care includes emergency, primary, secondary, advanced tertiary and long-term care. CHoR has 11 locations across Central Virginia and provides over 40 pediatric medical/ surgical services.

CHoR, Brook Road campus offers inpatient, day patient and outpatient services providing evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for a variety of short-term and lifetime medical conditions. To serve the growing number of families who depend on us, we have therapy centers in other Virginia locations, including Bon Air, Glen Allen, Fredericksburg, and Petersburg. All of our facilities are staffed by a team of devoted medical professionals who provide expert and loving care in an atmosphere of respect, compassion and dignity.
