An international collection firm specializing in the collection of medical debt on behalf of the US healthcare providers.

BDM specializes in the collection of accounts generated by foreign patients: business people, tourist and patients who came to visit family residing in the area. These patients may have presented to the staff at the ED a foreign travel insurance policy or possibly were not insured.

BDM employees a team of highly trained, multi lingual collectors. Our team is familiar with most of the travel insurance underwriters around the world and their TPA's in the US & Canada. BDM's services bridge the gap between the hospital and the payers in terms of languages, time zone and familiarity with the local cultures and different insurance companies around the globe.
