Fisher-Titus Medical Center serves Norwalk, Huron County and the region with the latest medical advancements providing the area’s 70,000-plus residents a full continuum of care, including a 99- bed acute care hospital; a 69-bed skilled nursing facility; a 48-unit assisted living facility; a Home Health Center; and outpatient services.
The Medical Center is known for its high-quality, safe patient care, having received numerous recognitions for the hospital and individual departments.
In 2010, Fisher-Titus became the nation’s first all-digital “smart” community hospital after implementing a fully integrated electronic health record system and interactive technology in patient rooms powered by Cerner Corporation.
The Medical Center has earned designation as one of the nation’s Most Wired Hospitals every year since 2012.
