San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington, New Mexico, is an acute care not-for-profit hospital in the Four Corners region with 250 licensed beds. Our hospital seeks to meet the healthcare needs of the whole community through a very broad range of medical, surgical, and rehabilitation services. These include several off-site facilities called San Juan Health Partners that bring convenient primary care, specialty care, diagnostic services, and rehabilitation closer to our patients. SJRMC is designated a Level III Trauma Center and provides air ambulance service with a helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft.
In addition, SJRMC provides quality medical care regardless of race, creed, gender, national origin, disability, age, or ability to pay. Our hospital provides charity care and discounts through a community service fund upon application. No person is refused care because of an inability to pay. SJRMC provides care to patients covered by Medicare or Medicaid and is a Medicaid provider for New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah.
In October 2010, SJRMC received a three-year accreditation by DNV. Our organization was evaluated in hospital quality, innovation, and continued performance improvement. By participating in these continued activities we are able to provide personalized healthcare to our community.
