Jefferson Community Health & Life is a not-for-profit health center operated for the residents of Jefferson County and South Eastern Nebraska. The health facility exists to operate and maintain economically feasible health care services for the residents of the area. It will provide a quality and nurturing environment for patients, medical staff, and the public. Jefferson Community Health & Life provides a full continuum of care with a 17-bed critical access hospital, a 40-bed long-term care facility, a 12,000 square-foot fitness center, a home health agency and a 50-unit assisted living facility. The extensive continuum and mission are supported by a team of 289 employees and 207.82 FTEs.
