POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the VP of Finance, Enterprise Business Services, the Employee Expense Reimbursement Analyst plays a critical role in the Enterprise Business Services Organization business transformation and Oracle ERP implementation project. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee expense reports and travel card transactions, and supporting the implementation of the ERP system. This position will also be involved with expense reimbursement policy standardization and rationalization across the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Process employee expenses accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate approval requirements, audit rules, and supporting documentation.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of expense report transactions.
- Support the implementation of the ERP system, including data migration, testing, and training.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance expenses operations and efficiency.
- Assist in developing integrations for credit card providers and other imports into Oracle
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee expense report-related policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial roles.
Proven track record of accurately and efficiently processing a high volume of vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, and employee expense reporting
Experience with ERP systems, preferably in the context of ERP implementation or transformation projects.
Proficiency in using financial software and tools for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships with vendors, and provide exceptional customer service.
Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and self-development in the field of accounts payable and expense report management as well as other financial operations.
