Pallino Asset Management LLC is a Delaware-based company in the revenue cycle management industry that focuses on account receivables management.  We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive responsible for managing and expanding business relationships with prospects and existing clients. The successful candidate builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Compensation, benefits and bonus pool participation commensurate with similar industry positions and candidate’s relevant experience. This is a remote work position.

Responsibilities:

•             Identifies and generates new business.

•             Develops and maintains prospect database relationships through sales pipeline leads, research, cold calling, qualifying leads.

•             Excellent customer service and detailed oriented project management.

•             Updates sales tools and systems, entering meeting notes, activities, action items, and opportunities for current and prospective clients.

•             Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows, prepares post-event reports and analysis.

•             Engages as appropriate with existing customers to strengthen relationships and to identify and pursue opportunities to expand services.

•             Working knowledge of healthcare industry, specifically healthcare revenue cycle management and collections solutions.

•             Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to both individual and groups, within all levels of an organization.

•             Demonstrated ability to create sales results and sell services in a complex environment.

•             Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•             Excellent problem resolution and consultative sales skills.

•             Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

•             Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

•             Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Experience

•             Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

•             Minimum of 5 years healthcare technology sales experience, specific experience in revenue cycle, financial payment solutions, collections.

•             Demonstrated sales track record, new sales track record & proven quota performance.

•             Experience prospecting new business opportunities, new market development.

•             Experience selling into the hospital and healthcare market
